It started with one cabin.

McKay Nielsen bought a cabin to enjoy with his family and rent out when they weren’t there. That experience became Vistay in 2021.

Porter Foulger joined in 2023. Today, both are co-owners, bringing an owner’s perspective to the care of vacation homes across Utah and Idaho.
